I’ve had enough! After a lot of thought and persuasion I have come to
decide I need a Detox.
Here, anybody who knows me knows that the bottle and the butt need to
be gone.
1. No smoking
and drinking
I eat senselessly, not on a rampage either but all I’m saying is that
I don’t think before I eat anything. I need to start to think now.
2. Choose the
right food
I’m athletic, but I didn’t maintain. That’s on me, and I am on it.
Body and mind.
3. Exercise and
meditation.
It all starts when we breathe, it is our catalyst. Control breathing
and you control it all...
4. Breathing
Water is yet another catalyst. Keep the river flowing.
5. Water
